Conceived to celebrate the ancestral spirit of the place without disguising it. Built around a colonial estate, its gardens keep centennial trees, endemic cacti and the murmur of the sierra. Every material was chosen to feel part of the landscape, never imposed on it.

The restaurant works exclusively with regional ingredients and produce from the local market. The spa recovers ancestral techniques —temazcal, native herbs, earth rituals— in a space that merges heritage with contemporary wellbeing.
