Born from a simple question.

Why does every travel platform ask where you want to go — and none of them ask how you want to feel?

Our story

We've spent years covering the hospitality industry from the inside. As travel journalists, we've documented the evolution of luxury hospitality in Mexico and around the world. As PR consultants, we've worked with some of the most iconic brands in the industry — from Rosewood Hotels to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, from Bagatelle Group to Bal Harbour Shops.

Along the way we learned something no travel algorithm had figured out: travelers don't choose a hotel with their head. They choose with their body. With their mood. With what they need at that precise moment in their life.

Mood Hotels was born from that conviction. And from the certainty that artificial intelligence, well applied, could do something no guide or OTA had ever managed: connect each traveler with the hotel that belongs to them — not the most popular, not the cheapest, but the right one.

We are AI-driven product builders. We know AI doesn't replace human criterion — it amplifies it. The 14-mood system, the matching algorithm and the editorial content engine are the result of combining human expertise with real technological capacity.
