We've spent years covering the hospitality industry from the inside. As travel journalists, we've documented the evolution of luxury hospitality in Mexico and around the world. Along the way we learned something no travel algorithm had figured out: travelers don't choose a hotel with their head. They choose with their body. With their mood. With what they need at that precise moment in their life.
